Welcome to the SSVRS E-commerce Shipping Recording System (hereinafter referred to as "the App"), provided by Starix Technology (hereinafter referred to as "Starix"). Starix highly values your privacy. This policy describes how Starix handles your information when you use the App.

Starix Does Not Collect Any Personally Identifiable Information

Starix solemnly pledges that the App will not collect, store, transmit, or share any of your Personally Identifiable Information (PII) with third parties, such as your name, email address, phone number, geographic location, or contact information.

Necessary Permissions and Data Processing

To provide its core functions, the App requires your authorization for the following permissions:

Camera Access Permission: Used for scanning logistics barcode numbers and recording shipping process videos. All scanning and recording processes are handled in real-time on your device, and video content is not uploaded to Starix's servers.
Photo Library Access Permission: Used for saving the videos you record to your device's photo album. The App will only write new videos and will not read, modify, or delete any existing content in your album.

Data Storage

All data generated by the App, including recorded videos, operator names, and related settings, is stored entirely in your personal device's local storage. You have full control over this data and can browse, share, or delete it at any time through the App's built-in functions or your device's file management system. Starix cannot access, back up, or recover any data on your device.

Payments and Subscriptions

Payments and auto-renewing subscriptions are processed by Apple via your Apple ID. Starix does not receive your full payment information. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

User-Generated Content

Information such as "Operator Name" that you enter into the App is also stored solely on your device locally, and Starix does not collect this information.

Children's Privacy

The App is not designed for children under the age of 13. Starix does not knowingly collect any personal information from children. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that their child has provided information to Starix without their consent, please contact Starix.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

Starix may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the "Last Updated" date at the top of the page will be revised. Starix advises you to review this policy periodically for any changes.
